All images and content on our site, is our property and cannot be duplicated, copied or used without documented permission from High On The Fly.
We seek to make our customers happy. If a product arrives and it is damaged or otherwise arrives in bad quality.. we ask that the customer please contact us via email (support@highonthefly.com) so we can help replace or refund the item, as we see fit.
Please remember that we are a new company and we may make mistakes from time to time.. we appreciate your patience as we navigate these new waters and learn the best way to serve you. We promise that we want you to be happy and we thank you for giving us that chance.
Most orders will be filled and delivered within a week.. though some may take time to get in from the manufacturers, so they may take longer. We will always notate this at checkout or otherwise be in communication as these events occur. We cannot be held responsible for any delays the shipping company may have due to unforeseen events.
